Type a prompt.
Your character moves.

Kinisis Motion turns a text prompt into a skeletal animation retargeted directly onto your character inside Unreal Engine — baked to AnimSequence, validated by Auto-TD. Run it on your own GPU or fully offline with the built-in clip library. No accounts, ever.

From text prompt to animation

Three simple steps is all it takes — and none of them is "create an account".

Step 1

Download the Plugin

Find Kinisis Motion on the FAB Marketplace and install it into your Unreal Engine project in minutes. 37 motion clips ship built in — it works offline, out of the box.

Step 2

Type & Generate

Describe a motion in plain language and click Generate. Object awareness included: "walk to the box" walks to your box. Any prompt? One click installs a local motion server on your own GPU.

No sign-up. No API key. No credits.
Step 3

Bake & Keep

The animation lands retargeted onto your Mannequin or MetaHuman — ground conform and foot clamping included — and saves as a standard Animation Sequence asset in your Content Browser.

Built honest, runs anywhere

Powered by NVIDIA Kimodo Technology

Kinisis Motion runs NVIDIA's openly published Kimodo animation model directly inside your Unreal Engine workflow. Prompt a movement, steer it toward targets in your level, and watch the animation land retargeted onto your MetaHuman, Mannequin, or custom humanoid character — all without leaving the editor.

Use your own NVIDIA GPU, a cloud pod you rent, or no server at all with the built-in clip library. Nothing is ever sent to us — there is no "us" in the loop: no account, no telemetry, no subscription.

Auto-TD: the tech check your motion deserves

Every clip gets the once-over a technical director does by hand — generated motion, mocap from your stage, or hand-keyed animation. Flagged frames flash red on the character; safe repairs go to a copy. Your source file is never modified.

Foot sliding Loop seams Joint limits Ground contact Jitter
Auto-TD is not AI. Five deterministic checks — pure geometry and signal math. Same clip in, same verdict out, with the exact frames and numbers to prove it. Works on any BVH: Xsens, Rokoko, OptiTrack, or hand-keyed. Built to assist, not replace.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the text-to-animation generation work?
Your prompt goes over HTTP to a motion server you control — running NVIDIA's Kimodo model — and a full-body BVH clip comes back in seconds. Kinisis retargets it onto your character in C++ (no IK Rig setup), conforms it to the ground, and bakes it to a normal AnimSequence on click.
Where do I download the Unreal plugin?
Kinisis Motion is launching on the FAB Marketplace at $149 (launch-window promo $119). Join the list below and you'll get exactly one email when it's live.
Do I need an account or API key?
No — this is the whole point. No Kinisis account exists; there is nothing to sign up for. The built-in tier and local generation run with zero accounts. Only the optional cloud-pod route involves an account — with the pod provider, not with us.
Which versions of Unreal Engine are supported?
Unreal Engine 5.5 through 5.8, Windows 64-bit.
Can I run everything locally, for free, offline?
Yes. The built-in 37-clip library works with no server, no GPU, and no internet. Live generation runs free on your own NVIDIA GPU (6 GB+ VRAM) after a one-time download from official sources — the plugin installs and manages the server for you.
What happens to my motion data?
It never leaves your network. Generation happens on hardware you control, Auto-TD runs locally, and the plugin has no telemetry. Your mocap files are read in place; reports and repaired copies are written next to them — the source is never modified.
What is NVIDIA Kimodo and is it open?
Kimodo is NVIDIA's openly published text-to-motion model. Kinisis Motion is built on NVIDIA Kimodo, its text encoder is Built with Meta Llama 3, and it is an independent product — not affiliated with or endorsed by NVIDIA, Meta, or Epic Games. What Kinisis adds is the Unreal-native pipeline: retargeting, ground conform, baking, object steering, and the Auto-TD QA suite.
Is Auto-TD another AI judging my animation?
No — and that's deliberate. Auto-TD is deterministic geometry and signal math: foot sliding, loop seams, joint limits, ground contact, jitter. Same input, same verdict, every time, with the exact flagged frames listed. It grades any BVH before anyone spends a cleanup day on a bad take.
